Including day-to-day administration duties, including email management, correspondence and highlight actions for their attentionAssist with flight, accommodation and roster change requests for all staff members.Work closely with Clough Contractors to maintain correct compliance for all contractor site mobilisation requirementsEnsure all staff members are compliant to attend site, including inductions and safety requirements.Support the mobilisation team with overflow workload.Build strong working relationships with internal staff, contractors, and external stakeholders.Reporting, including compiling monthly invoices, including prepare and complete requisitions and purchase orders, receipting and invoice reconciliation.Correspondence for project teamDevelop presentations including formatting.Meeting coordination, including minute taking and follow up on actions as required.Data entry, word processing, document control, reporting and maintaining databasesPrepare and complete requisitions and purchase orders including receipting and invoice reconciliation.General site administration dutiesOrganising functions and eventsWhat you will bring to the team:5+ years in a similar positionAbility to multi-taskHigh level of communicationStrong computer skills, including excel skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlinesWe're Building a Diverse WorkforceAt E2X, we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities in which we work and live.
