**About the Role**:
**You will be responsible for**:

- Negotiating the collections of outstanding funds
- Respond to customer requests for altered payment schedules ensuring they are in line with Bizcap's internal policies
- Ensuring accurate correspondence is notated on file
- Be able to show clients empathy and sympathy whilst they are in hardship or in unforeseen circumstances.
- Sending off and liaising with multiple legal companies in relation to outstanding debts
- Basic skip trace functionalities

**About You**:

- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational, negotiating and relationship development skills
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Works well and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate self-motivation and drive
- Be able to think outside of the box with attention to detail
- Desire to go above & beyond to deliver results & exceptional customer service
