As a Tech Assist member, you will provide support at a walk-up and remote IT support function for technology-based queries and provide local hardware support for our various businesses.The walk-up Service Desk serves as an information point for local technology training, loan equipment, repairs, and promotion of IT products.As the first point of contact for staff needing help or information regarding technology within Macquarie, you will have an immediate impact on service quality and be the face of technology support.What you offerTechnical knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Office, 0365), Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft Server Platforms (including SCCM), and Apple iOS/Mac and Android devices.Experience with Microsoft Intune.Proven experience in providing desktop support to end users via a computerized service management ticketing system.Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities.Attention to security, regulatory, and compliance protocols.Leadership experience or willingness to develop into a leadership role is advantageous.We welcome applications from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
