HR Coordinator | Federal Gov | Sutherland Shire, 1 day WFH | 10 months | $45ph + Super

Your new company is a statutory body of the Australian Government. They are located in the Sutherland Shire.

**Your new role**

This is a sole position as an HR Coordinator in a small team, reporting to the Senior HRBP.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating Recruitment activities: arranging interviews, reference checks, Vevo/ visa checks, working with recruitment agencies.
- HR Generalist tasks: admin tasks using SAP, running HR reports, reporting on Performance Objectives on a quarterly basis, updating local policies, liaising with relevant line managers, providing generalised HR POC, customer service focused POC, adhoc HR tasks.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar role performing both recruitment and HR tasks.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Excel/ import reports
- Excellent communication skills and friendly approach
- Ability to work independently
- Full working rights

**What you'll get in return**

- 12 months role
- Location: Sutherland Shire (2 days WFH). Must drive to get to work location.
- $45ph + Super
