Overview
The Admin Officer (AO3) provides high quality administrative support to the Emergency Mental Health Addictions Assessment and Response Team (EMHAART) and to the Manager of Consumer Partnerships. The role supports timely and efficient administrative services in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Mid North Coast Local Health District.
Responsibilities
The EMHAART delivers mental health assessments within the Emergency Department and this role provides administrative support to the EMHAART District Manager and team, ensuring timely and efficient administration in line with district policies and procedures.
Support the ongoing recruitment, retention and engagement of Consumer and Carer partners in the MNCLHD Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs service, in accordance with district policies and procedures.
Provide high quality administrative assistance to the Manager of Consumer Partnerships.
Qualifications
Do you have capability in providing administrative support with a sound knowledge of general administration procedures and technology and competent skills in computer use and relevant software programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
