About the role:
At Lendlease, operating safely across all our operations and projects, and maintaining the physical and mental health of our people is a significant part of our culture and the way we do business.
We are currently looking for an EHS Coordinator to join our SA business and drive this culture of safety on a long-term project.
This role will see you work with the project team, assisting our EHS Manager in driving EHS performance on site, identifying issues and trends, monitoring compliance on staff and subcontractors with Lendlease EHS protocols and implementing safety and training initiatives to improve our safety performance.
To be successful you will need:
To be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.
Prior experience in an EHS Supervisor, Coordinator, or Advisor position, ideally from within the building construction industry.
Large-scale commercial, residential, or government project experience will be highly regarded.
An understanding and knowledge of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements.
Knowledge of safe working systems, legislation, rules, and procedures.
Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
A minimum Certificate IV qualification in WHS.
