NSF is seeking a dynamic Stakeholder and Industry Engagement Manager to drive business growth and expand partnerships across programs like the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and the Skills for Education and Employment Program (SEE).

Key role responsibilities include:

- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to enhance program reach.
- Conduct market analysis to define NSF's unique value proposition and differentiate offerings
- Build strong relationships with employers, referral agencies, and community organizations.
- Collate stakeholder feedback to improve program quality and ensure alignment with industry needs.
- Ensure contract compliance and alignment with Service Provider Instructions.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide comprehensive business development reports.
- Drive NSF's strategic vision while fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Support and mentor engagement managers to optimize outreach and program impact.
- Stay updated on trends in adult education, workforce engagement, and business development.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for fostering strong industry partnerships, enhancing workforce opportunities, and driving sustainable program growth.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Relevant experience or qualifications in business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with business environments in the education industry.
- Strategic & Financial Acumen, with strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and ability to drive commercial success.
- Networking & Negotiation Skills, and the ability to build partnerships, maintain relationships, and collaborate effectively.
- Communication & Leadership skills, with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills in multicultural settings, with a results-driven mindset.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in business development of government contracted education services
- Knowledge and experience of marketing, including promotion, advertising, digital marketing, branding, building media presence and public relations would be very well regarded
