**So What's This All About Then?**

We are looking for a People Partner to join our team Reporting to one of our Head of People Advisory, you'll work alongside a close-knit team, including People Advisory, People Projects, and People Operations.You will have a People Coordinator report to you and from time to time, you'll also collaborate with our Talent team to provide recruitment solutions and outcomes for your clients.

In this role, you'll be the trusted Partner to your clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that support their growth. You'll focus on key initiatives such as designing people strategies, revamping onboarding processes, and implementing employee engagement programs that align with both business goals and best HR practices.

Success in this role means delivering strategic solutions that enhance performance, foster positive culture, and support client retention—all while leading and empowering your team to succeed.

- Leading the development and execution of people strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Managing a portfolio of clients to drive their people and culture strategies
- Providing expert advice on HR challenges, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices
- Leading and mentoring your direct reports, ensuring they meet both personal and client expectations
- Partnering with clients to design tailored development programs and employee engagement strategies
- Running people strategy sessions and collaborating on succession planning and talent management
- Working closely with our Talent and People Operations teams to deliver a seamless We Are Charlotte service
- Conducting engagement surveys and using data to recommend actionable improvements
- Handling complex employee relations matters and providing coaching to managers

**A bit about you**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR generalist or in a similar role
- A strong understanding of HR compliance, legislation, and best practices
- Experience in business partnering, working closely with leadership teams
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach direct reports
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills to assess HR matters and offer strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Familiarity with HR software implementation projects and managing system transitions
- Skilled in using HRIS systems and other HR technology tools
- Experience designing and delivering training programs to support employee development
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest HR trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies that support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB)

**Preferred**:

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CIPD).
- Familiarity with global HR practices or experience in an international setting
