**An exciting opportunity to work within a sought-after government department within an exciting program of work, with a high rate and long contract length**

**Your Role**:
Your role will be supporting a program with the aim of delivering better outcomes for people and communities.

You will create, design, develop and deliver technical content in learning and development, including face to face and eLearning.

***

**Your Duties and Background**:

- You will liaise and engage with SMEs and stakeholders regarding requirements
- You will design and develop technical content and learning activities
- You will deliver and facilitate training and provide support and advice to teams
- You will contribute to the development of project plans
- You will support end user training on system uplifts
- You will design and publish all resources and material and ensure they provide appropriate support to the business

**Your Desirable Criteria**:
Experience and qualities within
- Experience with developing eLearning content in Articulate Storyline
- Experience with stakeholder engagement
- Government and/or large complex organisations background
- Relevant qualifications in training and assessment (or equivalent)
- Developed instructional design skills
- Experience with designing and developing a range of learning interventions
