The recipient will be provided with:Up to $20,000 to be used to support either their next year of study or other educational-related activities;Mentorship from a senior female consultant;A 10-week internship over the summer in either our Sydney or Melbourne office (typically from end November to February); andAccess to all in-house training.What we are seekingWe value problem solvers who are ready to contribute ideas and share their views and new information.We are looking for high-achieving women in their second through to penultimate year undergraduate students from all disciplines.The ideal scholar also demonstrates the qualities of:A leader;A critical and creative thinker;A great communicator; andHas a strong personal impact.To be eligible for the scholarship, you must be:A female student in your second through to the penultimate year of study; andAn Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen.Applicants are asked to submit the following:Applicants are asked to submit their CV and academic transcripts (unofficial copies are acceptable) via our website.Please include in your resume your WAM/GPA score, graduation year, overall work experience and extra-curricular activities.No late or partial applications will be accepted, pleas so ensure you submit your CV, transcript and finalise your application by the deadline.Applications will close on Sunday, 14 September 2025 at 11:59PM AEST.Recruitment ProcessFirst-round of interviews and group assessment to take place on Friday, 26 September 2025 and shortlisted candidates must be available to attend in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices (If you are unable to attend in-person, please inform the Recruitment team regarding your current circumstances).
Following the First-round, selected candidates will be asked back to a second-round of formal interviews which are expected to take place in the week following.The Summer Internship will run from 24 November 2025 until 30 January 2025.
If successful, shortlisted Candidates must be available for the entirety of the internship period.
