**The Role**:
We are looking for a Property & Facilities professional who has experience in both fields to manage a small Retail Shopping Centre based in North Sydney.

**Your role will include**:

- Manage the facilities, reactive and preventative maintenance of the Shopping Centre
- Working in an autonomous environment to ensure the Centre is managed efficiently
- Manage works contractors, ensuring that the best value is achieved for the client
- Act as the liaison between the tenants and owners

**You will have**:

- Have previous experience in Facilities Management and Property
- Ideally have experience in Retail
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
