The Advisor (Freight) role supports TMR to deliver an integrated, resilient, and safe freight system for Queensland's economy and communities, fostered through innovative solutions to existing and emerging freight and supply chain issues aligned with the Queensland Freight Strategy and Queensland Freight Action Plan.
To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following: - Demonstrated ability to establish, build and maintaining positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders. Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including analytical and research skills and ability to summarise and communicate complex ideas. Experience supporting the delivery of projects and strategic initiatives, including procurement, progress reporting and evaluation, and ensuring good governance in line with best practice approaches. Experience supporting the development and coordination of executive-level briefing notes, ministerials, reports, submissions, business cases and other correspondence in line with departmental standards. Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team to deliver a program of work. Commitment to your own professional growth and development.
