The Opportunity

Are you passionate about helping people during their most challenging times? Do you have a knack for empathetic communication and a drive to make a difference? Resolution Life is seeking a dedicated Living Lump Sum Case Manager with a minimum of three years' experience in Life Insurance, specifically in IP and TPD case management. Senior or leadership experience is essential, and we highly value legal qualifications, a finance background, or Allied Health experience.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide holistic, end-to-end management of customer cases, ensuring proactive and compassionate communication throughout the process. Your ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism will be crucial in achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for our customers. We are looking for someone with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a positive and energetic approach, and demonstrated experience in claims assessing, particularly with Income Protection Claims.

This role offers a Permanent full-time contract and embraces flexible working arrangements. You'll have the freedom to work remotely, with occasional office attendance required on an ad hoc basis, ensuring a harmonious balance between business needs and personal flexibility.
