Are you interested in working closely with an experienced IT Manager and learning about IT? Would working for clients and resolving their IT issues be exciting to you? Do you have some IT experience and want to take the next challenge? If so, then this is the role for you.

This role is based in Adelaide and will be working closely with one of our experienced IT Managers. You would be proving IT maintenance and resolving some UK out of hours support calls for clients who are based in the United Kingdom, with the potential for the role to develop more technically and into a IT Project Engineer.

**The Role**
- You will:

- Liaise with Bridge Partners support teams and clients in the United Kingdom to schedule and plan out of hours maintenance.
- Perform maintenance on various client systems such as:
- Windows/Linux servers- Virtualisation platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, AWS and Azure- Routers/Firewalls- Network switches and Access Points
- Monitor client systems and respond to issues and alerts proactively.
- Respond to end user out of hours (for the UK) support calls from clients.
- Escalate issues and liaise with Bridge Partners support teams in the United Kingdom to troubleshoot and resolve out of hours issues.

You will be expected to:

- Achieve an agreed billable financial project target per month.
- Complete weekly timesheets.
- Help improve the ongoing security posture of Bridge Partners and its clients.

**What we need from you**
- Experience of Windows Desktop and server operating systems
- Ideally also experience in:
- Linux server operating systems- Virtualisation platforms - VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure and AWS- Network infrastructure - routers, firewalls, switches and wireless access points
- Qualifications in an IT based course.
- A general understanding of IT software and Infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good problem solving and decision making.
- Able to work under your own initiative but also able to work as part of a wider team.
- Able to schedule and maintain your time efficiently.
