Are you an accomplished Centre Manager looking to take the next step in your career?
JLL is seeking an ambitious retail professional to transition into a Retail Portfolio Manager role, leading multiple centres and managing a team of Centre Managers in Melbourne.
This role is perfect for experienced Centre Managers ready to expand their influence beyond a single asset.
You'll oversee up to 8 Centre Managers whilst managing a diverse retail portfolio, combining your operational expertise with strategic leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
An overview of the role:
Leverage your centre management experience across multiple retail assets
Mentor and develop Centre Managers- sharing the knowledge you've gained in the field
Step into budget and business planningat portfolio level, building on your centre-based financial experience
Represent JLL at client meetingsand become the key relationship manager for major retail clients
Drive performanceacross multiple assets using the operational insights you've developed
Lead new business presentations- your hands-on experience will be invaluable in winning new mandates
Manage compliance and riskacross the portfolio, applying your practical knowledge at scale
Provide strategic market adviceto clients based on your deep understanding of retail operations
Qualifications
Proven Centre Manager experiencewith strong operational and financial results
Leadership potential- you've likely mentored junior staff and are ready to lead managers
Strong client relationship skillsdeveloped through day-to-day centre operations
Practical problem-solving abilitieshoned through managing real estate challenges
Financial acumenfrom preparing centre budgets and managing operational costs
Market knowledgeof Melbourne's retail landscape
Agent's Representative licence(essential)
