Retail Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Executive to join our team. As a key member of our property management department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse retail portfolio, negotiating lease renewals and options, and providing support to Franchise Owners through the leasing process.
About the Role- Negotiating lease renewals, options, and relocations within agreed commercial parameters
- Researching and analysing market data to support decision-making
- Reviewing lease documentation and negotiating lease terms
- Advising and supporting franchisees on lease-related issues
- Maintaining accurate property data and reporting on portfolio performance
- Proven experience in lease negotiation and property management (retail or franchising highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of retail lease legislation and commercial leasing practices
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, reporting capability, and proficiency with property systems
- A role with scope to make a direct impact on retail growth and portfolio sustainability
