About the Role:
Architect, build, and optimise voice AI systems to meet the needs of our clients.
Test and refine large language models (LLMs), pipelines, and integrations to ensure seamless performance.
Take ownership of features end-to-end – from conceptualisation to production.
Collaborate with customers to turn feedback into product improvements.
Work closely with the founding team on product and culture development.
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience in Python or Go programming languages.
Experience in TypeScript/React development.
A track record of working in startups or scrappy teams.
Ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Hunger to learn, bias for shipping, and adaptability to changing environments.
