What You'll Do

  • Architect, build, and optimise voice AI systems.
  • Test and refine LLMs, pipelines, and integrations.
  • Own features end-to-end – from sketch to production.

  • Collaborate daily with the founding team on product and culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in Python or Go.
  • Bonus points for TypeScript/React.
  • A track record in startups or scrappy teams.
  • Comfort using AI tools to make your work faster and sharper.
  • Hunger to learn and a bias for shipping.
