Summary of the Role
We are actively seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor with FIFO experience, ready to embark on an exciting career journey with Mammoet in a full-time capacity. This role is based around our mining service agreement with clients such as FMG, RIO, ROY HILL & BHP on multiple sites across the Pilbara. On offer is a 2:2 structure providing the ultimate 50/50 work-life balance This position is FIFO from Perth only.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining industry-leading SHE-Q standards in our facilities and work locations.
Liaising effectively with a range of different people and role types across various scopes of work
Ensuring all employees and contractors comply with Mammoet and customer safety requirements
Assessing the safety of jobsite and workplace activities
Conducting and overseeing safety inspections and training
Coaching and promoting our strong SHEQ culture
What you'll need
Experience in Mining, Construction, Transport or Heavy Lifting highly preferable
Minimum Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety
Current Valid Australian Driver's License
Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
Willingness to work across our Port Hedland and Client Shutdowns as required
