**Paint & Blast Supervisor**

The Industrial and Energy Division has a great opportunity for a qualified and experienced **Paint & Blast Supervisor** to join our high performing team on a key maintenance contract in the Pilbara working an 8/6 roster flying from Perth.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Determining labour availability and workloads for each work order, including R&R coverage;
- Review project programme and completion schedule and delegate activities for the day-to-day direction of field schedule requirements;
- Establishing and maintaining effective communications with the Company's representatives, Project Manager and field staff to ensure close and good working relationships are established and maintained; and
- Ensuring reports are regular and communicated to the Project Manager on all field activities.

**About You**:

- Possess at least 4 years Supervisory experience in a Shutdown and Maintenance environment within a similar industry
- Have a Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application or similar trade qualification is essential
- NACE Level 2 accreditation is essential as a minimum
- NACE Level 3 Certification is highly advantageous
- Hold a current Section 44 Certificate
- Current MSIC
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and leadership capability
- Have a strong commitment to Zero Harm
- A high level of attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite packages
