**About Australian Learning Group (ALG)**

ALG is a registered training organisation that has been offering high-quality vocational education and training in the fields of Health and Community Services for over 15 years.

We are currently seeking a **Trainer & Assessors (Validation and Assessment Writing) **to join our team.

**The Role**:
This is a temporary role (3-6 months) to support our validation and assessment requirements.

**The key responsibilities include**:
Focusing on supporting our validation and moderation manager, the role will:

- Validate units of competence
- Support the rectifications with a focus on your ability to deliver compliant and relevant assessments

**Is this you? Our Assessors must have the following key selection criteria**:

- Solid experience of conducting validations and writing assessments
- A relevant vocational qualification at a minimum Diploma level
- Ideally you have experience in the CHC, SIS and HLT training packages
- Updated Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in teaching or training is desirable but not essential
