Job Title: Senior Bid Co-Ordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Bid Co-Ordinator, a critical position in our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the bid process, ensuring high-quality submissions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end bid process across multiple concurrent opportunities, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Manage bid kick-off meetings, regular check-ins with internal stakeholders, and coordinate input from senior leadership, estimators, technical teams, and delivery personnel.
  • Take ownership of proposal content planning, writing, editing, and formatting to ensure consistency, branding, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Maintain and refine bid templates, libraries, and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Strategic thinking with commercial acumen, high attention to detail, and quality focus.
  • Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams, confident leading meetings, and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe InDesign, organised, process-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented leadership style, with ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
  • Client-focused, with understanding of positioning to win.
