Senior Bid Co-Ordinator

As a seasoned bid coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our company's proposals. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end bid process across multiple concurrent opportunities, guaranteeing high-quality, compliant, and compelling submissions.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to align win themes and key messaging with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, estimators, technical teams, and delivery personnel to coordinate input and approval.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of tenders, overseeing the offshore team to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery.
  • Take ownership of proposal content planning, writing, editing, and formatting to maintain consistent tone, branding, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Interpret tender documentation and leverage internal knowledge, past submissions, and SME input to develop tailored responses.
  • Prepare executive summaries, project profiles, case studies, and other collateral as required to support proposal development.
  • Design and maintain bid templates, libraries, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
  • Conduct post-submission reviews and debriefs to capture lessons learned and continuously improve processes.
  • Serve as a central point of contact between bid, marketing, commercial, and delivery teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. JV partners, subconsultants) where required to coordinate joint responses or obtain supporting information.

  • Exposure to detailed construction tender functions is advantageous.
