We're looking for enthusiastic educators to deliver fun, hands-on LEGO coding and robotics classes for primary school students in afterschool and weekend programs.
This is a great opportunity for university students or early-career educators who love working with children, have a passion for STEM, and want flexible, rewarding work.
Melbourne-based only | Afterschool & Weekend Sessions | Training Provided.What You'll DoLead engaging coding and robotics classes using LEGO kits and Scratch codingInspire curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving through inquiry-based learningMake every class both fun and educational, building confidence in studentsPrepare, deliver, and support lessons with provided curriculumEnsure kits and devices are maintained and ready for each sessionAct as a positive role model and mentor for young learnersWhat We're Looking ForWorking With Children Check (WWCC) – requiredA car and valid driver's licence – essential for travel to schools and venues (Werribee, Point Cook)Background in working with children (teaching, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring)Ability to engage and motivate students in a group settingKnowledge or interest in STEM, coding, or robotics – highly regardedReliable, enthusiastic, and comfortable facilitating interactive lessonsWhy Join Rocket Academy?
