**Your day at NTT**
- Plan and implement change management strategies for new technologies or system upgrades.
- Develop and execute change management plans for subscription-related data projects.
- Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders about changes and their impacts.
- Identify potential risks associated with changes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Document standard processes and pre-requisites for current and future projects.
- Provide training and support to employees to help them adapt to new technologies.

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Strong experience in change planning and implementation.
- Proficiency in developing and executing change management plans.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to document standard processes and pre-requisites.
- Experience in providing training and support for new technologies.
