Lead Change Initiatives

The ideal candidate will lead and manage change initiatives within the Talent (HR) Team, driving alignment between transformation goals and project execution.

You will develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with organisational goals and assess the impact of changes on the organisation and its employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives
  • Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs that facilitate a smooth transition
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives and assess their effectiveness

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can drive successful change projects in a fast-paced environment. You will have proven experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a professional services or complex matrix-style organisational environment.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Formal certification in change management is considered an advantage.
