Global Transaction Services (GTS) provides transactional banking, client experience and solution implementation for institutional, business and consumer customers. GTS also manage the bank's payment networks, the regulatory and payments strategy agenda, and the development of new digital payment channels and products.

**How will I help?**

Reporting into the Director, Product Enablement - Global Transaction Services (GTS), you will be part of the GTS Product Quality, Simplification and Enablement team. This team is an agile team of nine staff with a broad range of expertise including consulting, finance, product management, risk & compliance management and project management. The purpose of this team is to support the product management teams in analysing and managing risk-based incidents, systemic issues, regulatory change, product/ system changes and periodic product reviews. As an Associate in the team, you will have exposure to all products and services, and work collaboratively with stakeholders right across the bank - including: product, sales, implementation, legal, risk, compliance, technology and operations.

The role of the Contract Change Manager will be to monitor and manage changes to GTS product owned collateral such as standard terms and conditions, contracts, customer facing forms and guides and any other product owned information appearing on internal and external websites.

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining collateral library records on behalf of product managers
- Maintaining GTS Collateral Management Framework - ensuring ongoing review and compliance with Group standards and Collateral Operations central group function processes
- Assisting product managers with collateral reviews and changes including updates, approval requirements, notice requirements, and publication
- Ensure up to date versions are published both (printed and digital).
- Identify opportunities for simplification of collateral content and processes, as well as possible workflow enhancements
- Participation in the collateral risk reviews for product changes or periodic product reviews as well as managing the collateral impact of any group projects
