Product Change Manager

Our team is looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Associate, Product Quality. If you have a passion for managing complex product changes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director, Product Enablement - Global Transaction Services (GTS) to provide support to the GTS Product Quality, Simplification and Enablement team. This team is responsible for analysing and managing risk-based incidents, systemic issues, regulatory change, product/system changes and periodic product reviews.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing changes to GTS product owned collateral such as standard terms and conditions, contracts, customer facing forms and guides;
- Maintaining collateral library records on behalf of product managers;
- Assisting product managers with collateral reviews and changes including updates, approval requirements, notice requirements, and publication;
- Ensuring up-to-date versions are published both digitally and in printed format.
As an Associate in the team, you will have exposure to all products and services, and work collaboratively with stakeholders right across the bank - including: product, sales, implementation, legal, risk, compliance, technology and operations.
