**What's the role?**

As an Associate in our Global Transaction Services (GTS) Client Service team, you'll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of Real Estate and Consumer & Industrials institutional clients, ensuring their banking experience is seamless, responsive, and tailored to their needs. This full-time position is based in Sydney and offers the opportunity to work closely with Relationship Managers and internal teams to deliver high-quality service across a range of transactional banking products. You'll manage client enquiries, oversee service delivery, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the way we support our clients. **What do I need?**

We're looking for someone who's client-focused, solutions-oriented, and ready to make a meaningful impact. You'll bring:

- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Real Estate and Consumer & Industrials institutional clients, ideally across transactional banking, lending, or financial markets.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.Solid understanding of banking systems, processes, and compliance standards.
