**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to harness customer insights and enhance marketing strategies.
Leverage predictive modelling to anticipate customer needs and optimise personalised marketing efforts.
Build and optimise customer journeys, focusing on engagement, loyalty and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies with wider marketing initiatives.
Continuously analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:
10+ years of experience in customer relationship marketing with a focus on 1-to-1 marketing.
Extensive experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud and Tableau would be highly regarded.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and optimise marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
