We're looking for a hospitality professional all rounder who has strong customer service and sales skills, an eye for detail and a passion for all things bread, pastry and coffee.

Shifts will be across weekends, weekdays and public holidays. Lets get it.

The Gig
- Always give excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
- Lead by example and train team members
- Ensure the Sonoma standard is maintained when preparing food & coffee
- Serve customers efficiently & process payments.
- Give advice, guidance & recommendations on products & menu selection to customers to ensure a positive experience & repeat business.
- Assist in preparation of display counters before, during & at the end of service.
- Ensure adequate stock levels, managing orders & stock rotation.
- Managing queues & meeting customer expectations, upsell to maximize profit.
- Keep areas tidy & clean
- Work as part of a team and provide backup to other café staff
- Be an ambassador of the brand

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Food & beverage industry: 2 years (required)
