We have an amazing opportunity for a Retail Manager to lead our team here at 3 of Sydney's most iconic attractions; SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo and Madame Tussauds Sydney.

**About the Role**

Based in the stunning Darling Harbour, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitable and smooth operation of all retail outlets, whilst promoting world class service to your team and guests.

You will lead a team of driven Supervisors and Hosts to implement strategies to improve all financial and non-financial KPIs and effectively communicate retail vision to the wider Commercial Team and business.

Other responsibilities include:

- Manage day to day running of the retail units with a focus on maximising spends and overall guest experience
- Use analysis of sales, budget management and commercial expertise to achieve financial KPIs across all retail functions
- Oversee all inventory management, including day-to-day ordering, stocktakes and forecasting to meet business needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with the team of Retail Attendants, offering regular support and feedback to foster a culture of growth and respect
- Drive a guest obsessed sales culture in the team, aiming to reach upsell and net promoter score targets across all attractions
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including finance, marketing, guest experience and operations, to ensure a collaborative approach to problem solving
- Uphold a high standard of Health, Safety and Security across all operations, including the preservation of a psychologically safe workplace within the team

**About You**

You are a strong communicator and are able to build rapport across the business. Your ability to multi-task and have a flexible and adaptable approach along with the ability to meet deadlines and have demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are desired.

Please note, that as this is a full time role that will include at least one day of weekend work and potentially some public holidays.
