**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Hourly Rate**:$38.08 - $41.12 p/h + 11.5% super
**Location**:Chadstone campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an 'employee' Working with Children Check.
**Position Status**:Casual

As a Connect Contact Officer, you will be the first point of contact and provide excellent customer service to all clients on available courses and services to achieve first-call resolution.

You will ensure the conversion of course inquiries into enrolments by tailoring course details and information to match the specific requirements of individuals. We are coming up to a busy period and need all hands-on deck

**ABOUT YOU**
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills,
- Excellent organisational, time management, and administrative skills and the ability to work collaboratively to complete multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated self-motivation with the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
