WesTrac are looking for an individual who is passionate about innovation to take on a leadership role as the **Group Manager - Data and Analytics**.

Responsible for developing, driving and optimising all things data - from analytics and reporting, utilisation and governance, you will ensure WesTrac has the capability to provide the insight that drives our business across the pillars of customer, operational, financial and safety.

You will lead a team of data specialists, engineers and analysts to deliver a strong data foundation, while partnering with the business to deliver key analytical and reporting priorities while building data literacy. Using your ability to analyse and relate data from a business perspective, in this role you will provide the key elements to deliver WesTrac's digital roadmap, implementing an overall data strategy.

**The ideal person will have**:

- Strong people leadership experience and demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high performing data and analytics team.
- Exceptional knowledge across the data and analytics ecosystem to ensure we can optimise resources to get business results.
- Proven ability to create and execute data and analytics strategy to meet organisational and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and communicate at senior leadership and Executive level.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and transform data into meaningful insights and actions.
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
- Strong experience within in a similar role.
- Tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g. Commercial, Business or related disciplines)
