As the Talent Acquisition Officer, you will support the City by:

- Reviewing documentation initiating recruitment, ensuring the vacancy aligns with the organisational and establishment charts.
- Supporting in composing advertisements and posting within appropriate media within agreed timeframes.
- Initiating and overseeing the pre-employment assessments including reference checking, police clearances and medical checks.
- Maintaining the City of Perth recruitment database to ensure accurate and timely information on the status of vacancies.
