Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement brand campaign and merchandising directives outlined by Clarins Global & Regional Divisions. Adapt locally where applicable.
- Prepare merchandising guidelines per campaign
- Prepare and execute the Transparency program and plan o grams for all campaigns in line with the marketing strategy
- Contractor management of the Transparency campaign (cost production + installation) and timely deliverables
- Manage local production of tester & make-up units. When required order global tester & make-up units.
- Proof all VM elements prior to production
- Update Merchandising Standards Guidelines for Clarins Skincare with new updates
- Update and distribute merchandising planogram and VM materials in advance for newly built counters
- Implement the VM signage communication in store: (Shelf talkers, lit plateau, rotating bar)
- Maintain a register of the Makeup GTU with all codes and updates per tier
- Maintain & update the database of in-store pictures of all floor plans for all Brands (Counters, Back Wall, Gondolas, Wall Bays )
- Prepare the VM tools for each launch and update existing Skincare bars/Makeup units/Rotating Bar
- Manage the retail activations for store events, pop-ups, cosmetic upgrades, and store openings
- Create a VM programming calendar
- Monitor the visual standards of all stores and beauty rooms, ensuring the merchandising directives are upheld across all stores in ANZ. Perform regular in-store visits
- Work within set budgets and timeframes set by the Brand Director
