**The Role**

We're on the hunt for a Human Resources Coordinator who's equal parts people-person and process-lover. You'll be getting into all corners of the HR world — from onboarding and offboarding to policies, projects, and everything in between. If organising is what you do and you get a kick from making things _work_, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, isn't afraid to ask "why?", and finds satisfaction in the small (but mighty) details that keep the bigger picture moving. You'll be supporting the Manager - HR Services and broader People Services team behind the scenes — ensuring our people experience is smooth, thoughtful, and always improving.

**Responsibilities include**:
- Provide support and accurate information in relation HR related queries- Coordinate CBH recognition and benefits programs- Ensure SuccessFactors employee master data is maintained accurately- Identify and contribute to continuous and process improvement initiatives-
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process within SuccessFactors- Support the annual harvest recruitment process- Support testing within HR systems for incident resolution and system enhancements- Support regular and adhoc internal and external reporting requirements- Support the HR Services team with managing priorities and delivering on required tasks within agreed timeframes- Assist with the development and review of People and Culture policies and procedures

**About** You**:
- Previous experience in a human resources administration or similar role- High level of competence with Microsoft suite- Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to work autonomously- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Demonstrated ability to build and foster working relationships- Experience with reporting- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (desirable)
