PERSOLKELLY is partnering with Australia's largest privately-owned fleet of access equipment in seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join their team.

**Working hours**: Monday - Friday

**Start Date**: IMMEDIATELY

**Duration**: Approx 1 - 3months (may extend or potentially become permanent)

**Pay Rate**: $45.00 per hour + superannuation

**The Role**
- Manage and champion our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), with a strong focus on providing accurate information to internal stakeholders and other related systems.
- Preparing and producing key data reports related to our people metrics across the national and international business units.
- Maintaining and coordinating our national training matrix.
- Assist in continuous improvement by assisting the HR department in developing and implementing new processes.
- Oversee the management of our National Apprentice Program.
- Coordinate and manage any HR-related projects, including new initiatives in culture development and employee engagement.
- Assisting with ER/IR matters as required. e.g., Probation reviews, grievances, remuneration reviews etc.

**Experience Required**
- 1 - 2 years' experience within an administrative role
- The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Be extremely reliable, organised and self-motivated
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- The confidence to ask questions where needed
- Immaculate presentation
- The ability to be self-motivated and able to work alone
- A friendly and 'can-do' demeanour
