**OUR FACILITIES**:
Our company employs almost 400 staff, across Australia. Our main manufacturing and operations base is located at YATALA in Queensland (between the Gold Coast and Brisbane). We are only a 10 minute drive North of Dreamworld on the M1 Motorway.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
Fixed term contract,
**3 days per week, 6-month contract **initially. Hours-wise:
**8.00am to 4.30pm**. It's important to reiterate that this role is a
**fixed term only** at this time.

**a positive, helpful attitude and great "zip" to data entry, processing, filing, helping our existing team each day**:

- booking interviews, training, appointments
- electronic filing, scanning and document organisation
- assisting with reports
- staff call backs and connections
- assisting with new staff check ins, settling into Triple M Holdings
- assisting with Training Check-Ins and Performance Check-Ins
- directing team paperwork and admin

**WHAT WE'RE SEEKING**:

- Current driver's license and own reliable transport - a must
- An admin whiz - someone who loves organisation, making plans and helping others
- A good basis in the Microsoft suite - Word, Outlook, Excel
- Punctuality, Reliability, Available to work 3 days per week from 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Previous admin experience in an office environment and a clear understanding of HR's strict needs for **compassion** and **confidentiality**:

- A positive approach to **task completion** and using **personal initiative** within the team
