Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Utilising advance negotiation skills to resolve delinquency issues
- Provide remedial financial solutions to assist customers (ie settlements)
- Complaint Handling / RISK assessment
- Skip searches
- Identifying Hardship/Vulnerable customers
- Provides support to team

**What you will bring**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point
- Excellent negotiation skills to resolve delinquency issues
- 1-2 years preferred experience within Unsecured/Secured Collections ranging from 0-180 days in arrears
- Experience/Use of Dialler systems (Computer assisted calling)
- Experience and exposure to Skip tracing
- Degree/Tertiary qualified welcomed but not essential
- Solid knowledge of Debt Collection guidelines & regulatory bodies governing industry
- Embraces and adapts to change
