**What We're Looking For**:
We're seeking someone who doesn't just make drinks—they design them. A creative professional with impeccable taste, strong leadership, and the passion to help our team cut, measure, and deliver every cocktail to exacting standards.
- **Proven Experience**: You've spent 2+ years crafting excellence in a senior bar role within a premium or high-end cocktail venue. You know what world-class service looks like—and how to deliver it.
- **Mixology Mastery**: From timeless classics to bold modern creations, you have deep knowledge and genuine passion for the art of cocktail making.
- **Certified & Ready**: You hold a current NSW RSA Certificate and understand the importance of responsible service at every level.
- **Evening Availability**: You're available to work our evening service hours: _Mon-Thu: 5PM-12AM | Fri-Sat: 5PM-1AM_—when the bar comes alive and creativity flows.
