**Your role**

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support in our Competition, Climate and Technology team, Supporting the National Government Practice Leader, on a 12-month contract. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Drafting correspondence, document preparation and amendments;
- Coordination of meetings and travel;
- Maintaining client databases and key contact information;
- File management including file opening and closing, electronic and physical filing;
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
- Specific client and matter reporting and client administration tasks;
- Manage client specific and complex monthly billing requirements;
- Reconciliation of corporate AMEX expenses;
- Liaising with clients and various stakeholders;

**What you need**

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a Legal Secretary or Assistant role. You must also have excellent attention to detail and be extremely proactive. You will also possess the following attributes:

- Advanced Microsoft Word skills including document creation and presentation;
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisation ability;
- A strong client focus
