We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Product Specialist to drive our online presence forward.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in website content creation or managing e-commerce for retail businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain products in Shopify, including pricing, product descriptions, and imagery.
  • Ensure accurate and relevant product content across all online platforms.
  • Review and rectify content issues to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Develop promotions, cart, and category rules to enhance customer engagement.
  • Assist in troubleshooting website issues and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts to ensure Google SEO accuracy and maintenance.
  • Support E-commerce Fulfilment team operations and communicate effectively with online customers.
Requirements
  • Marketing, Communications, or similar tertiary qualifications.
  • Experience working in e-commerce environments, preferably with Shopify or Magento CMS proficiency.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop.
  • Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and high-level written/oral communication abilities.
  • Time management, prioritisation, and resourcefulness.
