About the role You will work on corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions (public and private), corporate advisory, capital raisings (on and off market), IPOs, venture capital/private equity, MBOs/MBIs, shareholders agreements and joint ventures, inbound investment, restructuring, Employee Share Plans, and corporate governance.
You will advise private and public companies across sectors including financial services, food distribution, IT services, digital advertising, freight, retail, technology and education.
You will own your matters and clients while working closely with two partners, with meaningful client contact and mentoring for junior lawyers.
The ideal candidate 5–10 years' PQE (Senior Associate) in Corporate/M&A with proven transaction experience.
Skilled negotiator with exceptional drafting and advisory expertise.
Collaborative team player who mentors and supports junior lawyers.
Commercially astute, client-focused and eager to develop professionally.
