Customer Partner - Consumer & Builder

Reece Group's Consumer & Builder team is responsible for all consumer marketing activities as well as our important Builder customers. The major focus for this position is on the Bathrooms portfolio, inspiring our customers with engaging communications, best in market services and brilliant customer experiences in-store and online.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Marketing Leader, Consumer & Builder the Marketing Customer Partner is responsible for attracting, retaining and growing our customer base by identifying and creating valuable, innovative and differentiated customer experiences.

They are responsible for implementing brand, customer experience and growth strategies, based on deep customer insights and market understanding across our consumer and builder customers.

Responsibilities include (and are not limited to):

- Management of the Customer Calendar, comprising of everything our customers see across our marketing touchpoints
- Partnerships & Sponsorship management, including The Block and key brand ambassador partners
- In-store experience across our Bathroom Showrooms, with Point Of Sale for campaigns and services
- Insight generation and analysis
- Reporting and budget management
- Agency management, including creative, media and insight partners

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong interest and curious approach to understanding how Reece works. You will be driven to develop incredible on and offline assets and customer experiences, with a focus on the Bathrooms category.

We're looking for a savvy marketing partner with:

- Minimum 4 years in marketing positions
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related disciplines
- Superior stakeholder engagement skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to analyse, manage projects and draw recommendations from data
- Demonstrated capability in the areas of;
- Marketing Planning
- Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Social Media (Organic Growth, Influencers & Partnerships, Acquisition, Performance)
- Budget Management
- Media & Sponsorship
- Partner & Agency Management
