Your key duties and responsibilities

**In this role you will**:

- Support the Petroleum Assessment Hub in the performance of administrative duties for petroleum and geothermal tenures.
- Provide advice and information in relation to exploration and production activities to a broad range of clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise with industry, legal, departmental and other government representatives in regard to petroleum and geothermal tenures.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and submissions and assist in responding to Ministerial, parliamentary and intergovernmental enquiries.
- Provide the Petroleum Assessment Hub with timely advice and recommendations in regard to strategies and operational matters which impact upon the effectiveness of the unit.
- Contribute to the development of the operational plan for the Petroleum Assessment Hub.
- Other duties as required.
