Key ResponsibilitiesQuoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packagesEnsure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targetsSupport and handle walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accuratelyMaximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-sellingMonitor and action all relevant mailboxes dailyMaintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate salesWho are you?
