**What can you expect?**

Reporting to the National Open Market Property Placement Leader, this role will be a national resource for the corporate and commercial business units focused on the more challenged Property & Casualty policies that fall outside of our placement platforms.

**W**e will count on you to**:

- Formulate Placement strategy by utilizing substantial risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to develop solutions that meet client needs
- Develop and maintain relationships in every state with key stakeholders within Marsh and the open market alike Australian insurers, agencies, Asian and European Markets will all be within scope as markets required to fulfil this role
- Utilise our go-to-market strategy whilst being an advocate for our clients with client always front of mind
- Consult with clients, client executives and the wider Marsh teams to support client retention and new business production
- Conduct market intelligence to assist the design, development and marketing of new insurance and risk-transfer products
- Build and maintain client and market relationships at appropriate levels to execute effectively on placement objectives
- Contribute to the firm's body of knowledge through active internal communication to keep abreast of changing risk and insurance market conditions
- Ensure strict adherence to the Company's compliance systems and procedures
- Ensure all activities fully comply with Company's Errors and Omissions policy

**What you need to have**:

- Strong insurance industry experience
- Strong understanding of ISR and liability policies
- Strong sales acumen and client management skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Travel will be required
