**Your Role**

**Appointment Coordination**: Use our practice management software to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently.
**Billing & Admin Support**: Process payments, manage invoices, and liaise with insurance providers.
**Team Collaboration**: Assist physiotherapists with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

**What We're Looking For**

**Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
**Team Player**: A positive attitude and willingness to support both patients and colleagues.
**Previous Reception/Admin Experience** (healthcare experience a plus, but not required).
