About This Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Program Management Intern to support our customer engagement initiatives. The intern will assist in managing multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of project milestones. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
This position is based in Australia.
What You Will Do
- Support program managers in planning, tracking, and executing key initiatives.
- Coordinate across multiple teams and workstreams to align on goals and deliverables.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and regular status updates.
- Assist in identifying risks and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
- Maintain structured documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.
